Refund policy

At Kadmart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand your options in case you need to return an item.

Eligibility: We have a 14-days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We accept returns for store credit only within this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Unfortunately, items from the bottoms collection cannot be returned. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact us at Support@kadmart.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Process after Acceptance:

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.
  • Include your order number and reason for return in the package.
  • Ship the item back to us at the address provided upon return authorization. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds. Instead, we issue store credits for eligible returns, which can be used to purchase items from our store.

Restocking Fee: There is no restocking fee for returns.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you receive a broken, torn, or damaged item, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the damaged product. We will provide you with a store credit for the value of the damaged item.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. Items from the bottoms collection cannot be returned.

Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Days Cooling Off Period: If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
